This is a producing Loan Officer role. You personally advise borrowers, structure financing and guide purchase and refinance loans through funding. Mortgage expertise, responsiveness and dependable follow-through remain central to earning business and repeat referrals.

• Personally originate purchase and refinance loans and guide borrowers through funding.
• Understand financing goals and structure appropriate solutions within company and licensing guidelines.
• Maintain and grow your existing borrower and referral relationships.
• Respond promptly to additional borrower opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline records.
• Collaborate with operations and keep borrowers appropriately informed through the transaction.

• At least $15 million in personal annual mortgage production.
• An existing book of borrower and referral business that you can ethically continue at Oaktree, supported by a demonstrated record of generating personal production.
• Strong mortgage program knowledge and the ability to originate independently.
• Clear borrower communication, sound judgment and consistent ownership of the client experience.
• Required licensing for the markets you serve, subject to company approval.

Oaktree provides platform onboarding. This opportunity is for established originators who bring existing business and already have the expertise to produce independently. Additional opportunities complement that business; they do not replace the requirement to bring it.
