Position: Community Banker I

Ready to play your part in helping our customers’ businesses grow? New business development in commercial banking to ensure that company growth and profitability objectives are met

~ Developing new commercial banking relationships for the bank and, when appropriate, service existing commercial business depository and/or loan relationships to identify additional sales opportunities

~ Ensuring timely and accurate assessment of risks, while also ensuring that credit relationships are risk-rated appropriately

~ Meeting compliance and regulatory standards for all bank products and commercial services

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred

~ Strong computer skills

~ Working knowledge of risk-based lending and should be able to analyze financial statements

~ The ability to work late and/or flexible hours

A minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Lending practices preferred
