Overview of the Position This position is in the federal Court Clerk’s Office in Oklahoma City. The Generalist Clerk performs various functions and is responsible for maintaining and processing case information and managing the progression of civil and criminal cases from opening to final disposition. The Generalist Clerk is responsible for the criminal duty month(s) of U.S. Magistrate Judge Shon T.
Erwin. These responsibilities include managing the judge’s caseload, attending and logging court proceedings, and processing orders. The incumbent may assist District and Magistrate Judges in the absence of a judge’s regularly assigned courtroom deputy.
