• Support the Epic application in both ambulatory and hospital settings, including all associated applications
• Interact one-on-one with physicians, clinicians, and ancillary hospital departments
• Interface with physicians, clinicians, and administration to implement and support the release of EHR applications

• Knowledge of EHR (Epic) systems
• Training in automated systems, Windows and web technology
• Experience with clinical analysis, project management, and strategic planning related to electronic records support, training and build
• Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge and experience working in functional setup, testing, deployment, training and support of clinical applications
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
