• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document services with our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

• SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA – Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish‑English speaking SLPs/SLPAs will receive a bonus.
