Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist / CF / SLPA

Therapitas, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic SLP to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high‑quality therapy services to Spanish‑speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
- Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document services with our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
- SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
- SLPA – Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Already bilingual Spanish‑English speaking SLPs/SLPAs will receive a bonus.
