Manager – Retail Pharmacy

Join us at Southeast Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are looking for an experienced pharmacy leader to oversee retail pharmacy services and drive patient safety, compliance and operational excellence.

Employment: Full‑time

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year

• Oversee daily retail pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient care, reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
• Manage 340B and specialty pharmacy programs across eligible locations.
• Provide expert drug information and collaborate on medication therapy decisions.
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff, residents and students.
• Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy and accrediting bodies.
• Lead hiring, performance management and staff development.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning efforts.

• Proven leadership in pharmacy operations, preferably in a retail or health system setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, formulary management and medication therapy.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory/retail pharmacy experience and 3 years in management.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Current applicable state pharmacist licensure (or eligibility).
• State Board of Pharmacy Medication Therapy Services certificate where applicable.
• Clinical and management skills, comprehensive clinical competency across age groups.
