THERAPITAS, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic PT to join our multidisciplinary team in a supervisory role. ️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
️ Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
