• ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
• ✔️ Document services with our easy‑to‑use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• ✔️ Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• ✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.

• ✅ Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• ✅ Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
• ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• ✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
