This position handles patient pre‑registration, registration for all services, and assists with scheduling as needed. Key duties include:

• Collecting and reporting patient demographic and billing information.
• Securing patient accounts by obtaining appropriate demographic, insurance, and medical information.
• Providing accurate estimates for services when appropriate.
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet patient needs and department guidelines.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  One year of customer service experience. One year of medical registration or reception experience preferred
