Role:
Field Reimbursement Expert for Core Surgical in the West, focusing on patient access and reimbursement for Alcon's ophthalmic products.

• build relationships with providers and outpatient facilities, educate on payer policies, coding, and claims; analyze market data; train stakeholders on value tools; stay current on reimbursement policies; represent Alcon in industry and reimbursement meetings.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• 5+ years in medical device or healthcare reimbursement;
• strong relationship-building and communication skills;
• fluency in English.

• experience with glaucoma reimbursement, provider billing, medical claims, account management, medical practice management, or professional coding;
• prior success in matrix organizations and provider-side interactions.

• ophthalmic devices, reimbursement, healthcare provider engagement, medical claims, and billing expertise.

• remote with 60% travel.
