Role:
Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support of treatment sites for an upcoming U.S. oncology neoantigen mRNA therapy launch in early-stage melanoma. Objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, training, and seamless execution across the treatment journey.

- utilize data to identify operational improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations or administration

- proven ability to implement workflows for complex therapies
