Role
Global Clinical Process Management Lead within GCO, responsible for leading and supporting clinical process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement in global clinical operations.
Responsibilitiesoversee process management activities, serve as the primary contact for GCO processes including SOPs and Work Instructions, contribute to content development, lead process initiatives, and support innovative process improvements aligned with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP).
QualificationsBachelor's degree (science/healthcare preferred), minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical/biotech sector, extensive knowledge of clinical operations, GCP, and regulation application.
Skillsstrong project management, stakeholder collaboration, process design, and regulatory compliance experience, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferredmaster’s or postgraduate qualification.
High-Valueexperience in clinical trial process design and harmonization, global matrix environment, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
Work setupprimarily remote with matrix supervisory responsibilities.
