The Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs, leads the global medical strategy for Centessa's orexin receptor 2 agonist program targeting sleep-wake disorders, including narcolepsy and hypersomnia.
Responsibilitiesdevelop and execute medical plans across the product lifecycle, lead launch readiness, forge external scientific relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, regulatory, and clinical development. Ensures scientific evidence aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs, and supports global launch activities.
RequirementsMD, PharmD, or PhD with at least 10 years of Medical Affairs leadership, including 5+ years global experience, preferably in neuroscience, sleep medicine, neurology, or psychiatry. Proven track record leading successful global product launches, especially in late-stage development or commercial phases, with expertise in evidence generation, payer requirements, and commercialization strategies.
High ValueExperience with neurotherapeutics, sleep disorders, and global markets (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific).
Work SetupRemote in the US, with occasional travel (~20%), reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs.
