Schedule:

Full Time, 3pm – 11pm shift

Rate of Pay: starts at $17.50 - $18.50/hour (higher pay for those with Advancements)

* Pay is negotiable based on experience. Priority given to candidates with memory care experience.

We’re a freestanding memory care assisted living community with 54 residents. We are conveniently located near NW 122nd Street and N Mac Arthur Blvd. Intimate enough that every team member truly knows every resident. All of our residents live with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, and as an age-in-place community, you’ll care for residents across the full spectrum of the disease.

Smaller team, bigger impact.

• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and community protocols
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility
• Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable, home-like environment
• Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families
• Uphold each resident’s dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times

• Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry (required)
• Current Certified Medication Aide certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults preferred
• Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for those living with memory loss
• Reliable work history — consistency matters deeply to our residents
• Ability to meet continuing education and certification requirements for your position
