As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests during their time at our property and providing an outstanding level of guest services. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the exterior by operating a bicycle or company vehicle
• Act as a first responder in emergency situations
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees and resolve complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
• Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers

• Must be 21+ years of age or older
• Must have High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Has at least 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in customer service
