About

The Role

The Catering Group Sales Manager position is responsible for generating group room and food & beverage revenue for the resort. They will work off a pre‑established booking goal as determined by the Director of Sales and Catering, adhering to policies and selling techniques to help the resort achieve forecasted financial budgets. This individual must be able to manage active and future accounts, as well as solicit past and new business to meet/exceed quarterly goals.

An understanding of the resort operations is critical, and working collaboratively with all departments to ensure client satisfaction is essential. As part of the selling process, this individual will participate in active sales solicitation and represent the resort during community events and professional associations. Detailing of Events sold may also be required during certain time periods of the year.
