• Welcoming guests promptly and creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere from the moment they approach the bar.
• Presenting beverage menus, answering questions, and making thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of spirits and understanding how different ingredients and flavors work together in cocktails.
• Executing wine service when needed and confidently discussing beverage selections with guests.
• Taking beverage orders accurately from both guests and Servers and entering them promptly into the POS system.
• Upselling drink specials and food items when appropriate and directed by Management.
• Communicating allergies and dietary restrictions clearly and accurately on guest tickets.
• Taking tables in the bar or dining room when assigned by Management.
• Checking in regularly with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food and beverages.
• Processing guest payments, credit card transactions, and change accurately.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces when needed.
• Keeping bottles, glassware, bar tools, and supplies organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Maintaining a clean and polished bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
• Reporting equipment or maintenance concerns to Management promptly.
• Responding to guest requests and concerns with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care.
• Supporting fellow Curators and helping maintain a positive, collaborative service environment.

• You bring a genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails, spirits, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• You have strong beverage knowledge and enjoy learning about new spirits, cocktails, and flavor combinations.
• You are outgoing, positive, and comfortable creating genuine connections with guests.
• You have excellent planning, organization, and guest service skills.
• You can prioritize and multitask while maintaining accuracy and hospitality during high-volume service.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
• You are comfortable assisting with both restaurant and banquet operations as business needs change.
• You are dependable, flexible, and willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

• Previous bartending, serving, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes.
