What you will have an opportunity to do:
The OKANA Candy Co. Manager is responsible for leading all operations of OKANA Candy Co., a vibrant sweets and ice cream shop offering whimsical candy creations and specialty craft ice creams. This leader ensures exceptional guest experiences, maximizes profitability, maintains product quality, and upholds brand standards. The Manager fosters a fun, nostalgic environment for guests of all ages while managing day-to-day operations, inventory, and team performance.

• Minimum 3 years of retail or food & beverage management experience; specialty shop or confectionery experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue goals.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
