A local Human Resources organization is seeking an HR Generalist to provide professional support across multiple HR areas, including employee relations, compliance, and recruitment. Responsibilities include assisting with new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
A bachelor's degree in HR is preferred and a PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
