LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Capital team. This individual will run high-volume recruitment for our national contact center and will have the opportunity to collaborate along side LIBERTY's pivotal leaders on innovative ways to attract and retain top talent.

Position is open to fully remote, in Oklahoma or surrounding states. Central or Eastern time zone is highly preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment flow for all assigned job requisitions, including but not limited to phone screen, sourcing, interviews, and job offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and Human Capital leadership to develop a sourcing and recruitment strategy that fills open positions with quality hires within agreed-to timelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in various internal departments on position review, best recruitment practices and interviews.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular feedback on search process, candidate progress, challenges and opportunities while keeping on track with goal fill times.
  • Post job openings on intra-company site and external sites.
  • Identify and review qualified applicants/resumes from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/Paycom).
  • Conduct initial pre-screen and telephone interviews to assess candidate’s abilities, qualifications, and fit.
  • Set-up interviews for hiring managers as applicable and collect and/or facilitate interview feedback for all interviewed candidates.
  • Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-offer screening, offer development, negotiation and close.
  • Generate candidate leads that tap into passive candidate pool for current and future open positions focusing on direct hires, with minimal agency reliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between company and temporary agencies to drive candidate flow and ensure proper vetting of applicants.
  • Research, coordinate, and participate in various recruitment strategies such as career fairs, college and university recruitment programs, and diversity organizations to educate the public about job opportunities as well as attract talent.
  • Provide support to the Human Capital administrative team in guiding pre-hires through onboarding and orientation tasks required for successful start, including background check, I-9, onboarding documentation, and equipment coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • PHR or HR/Recruiting certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment
  • Demonstrated experience using an ATS and/or HRIS system ( Paycom highly preferred ).
  • Comfortable in high volume call center recruiting environment.
  • Familiarity with positions in dental, medical, or other healthcare-related fields highly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of internet sourcing strategies and candidate relationship management tools and techniques (min. 1 year) such as Linked In, AIRS Search Lab, Zoom, etc.
  • Ability to manage requisition workload in variety of functions, including Member Services, Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT and other as assigned.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail; able to keep assigned requisitions on track to meet goal fill times.
  • Negotiation skills; ability to extend and close job offers.
  • Strong computer and technical proficiency, with a working knowledge of MS Office and Web-based applications
  • Prior experience working with , Criteria, Payfactors/Payscale, and/or Rubex/Revver highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of EEO, FLSA regulations related to hiring and recruiting
  • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
