Location: On-site in OKC

Salary: $40,000 - $42,000 annually + Commission/Bonus + Benefits

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Position: Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a passionate and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This role involves sourcing, screening, and matching qualified candidates with open positions at healthcare facilities.

• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS databases.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate experience, credentials, and availability.
• Build strong candidate relationships to understand preferences and career goals.
• Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with account managers or hiring managers to understand client needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requests.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay current on industry trends, licensure requirements, and market demands.

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience (healthcare or staffing agency experience preferred).
• Familiarity with medical roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools.
