Compensation

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

    Strong mentor to HR coordinator, department managers, and team.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements and all Illinois state laws.
  • Budgeting and coordination of related activities to support departmental objectives.
  • Implementation, administration, and monitoring of all training programs.
  • Compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and court rulings pertaining to Human Resources.
  • Maintaining all hotel personnel records and human resource files, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Qualifications
    • Proven track record as a successful people operations leader as a hotel or resort Human Resources Director.
    • 10 years of progressive Human Resources Director or above experience required.
    • College degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism Management.
    • Resort, hotel or hospitality experience required.
    • Thorough knowledge of Federal & State laws pertaining to HR.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, & organization skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
    • Commitment to maintaining a positive and organized work environment.
