Compensation

$85,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience

As an AI Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in fine‑tuning AI models, managing capabilities, and configuring tools for enterprise use. This is an opportunity to collaborate with business units, identify AI use cases, and drive innovative solutions.

• Fine‑tune AI models in pre‑built applications
• Collaborate with business units to identify AI use cases
• Test prompts across various business scenarios
• Maintain current understanding of AI and machine learning
• Monitor AI platform outputs for bias and consistency
• Conduct testing prior to and post‑production release
• Create requirements documentation for AI solutions
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or JSON
• Experience in AI, NLP, or large language models
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science

• Familiarity with AI platforms
• Analytical skills to interpret prompt performance metrics
• Experience in prompt engineering
