• Lead, mentor, and manage the offshore web development team, providing direction, process structure, and quality standards.
• Create and oversee development workflows, sprint planning, release cycles, and performance measurement.
• Act as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders and offshore development resources, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Own and optimize integrations across e-commerce, ERP, POS, CRM, CDP, marketing platforms, data layers, and third‑party applications.
• Design and document scalable integration frameworks, API structures, data flows, and system‑to‑system architecture.
• Evaluate and select middleware, integration tools, and modern approaches to keep the tech ecosystem stable and future‑ready.
• Develop a multi‑year technology roadmap that aligns with business strategy, digital goals, and operational requirements.
• Evaluate new platforms, tools, frameworks, and vendors to modernize the stack and remove technical debt.
• Guide decisions related to cloud infrastructure, application architecture, Dev Ops practices, and data architecture.
• Ensure technology standards around scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Partner with executives, marketing, operations, merchandising, and e‑commerce stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
• Support strategic initiatives such as new digital products, personalization, enterprise data initiatives, and omnichannel improvements.
• Any other duties as directed by management.

• 7–12 years in software engineering, systems integration, or development leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success managing offshore or external development teams.
• Strong experience with API frameworks, cloud infrastructure, middleware, enterprise systems, and modern web architectures.
• History of building or contributing to long‑term technology roadmaps.
• Ability to lead technical teams while still engaging deeply in architecture and integration decisions.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional partnership skills.
• Expertise in system design, integration patterns, APIs, security principles, and data flow architecture.
• Understanding of e‑commerce, retail, ERP, and marketing technology ecosystems is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident within the last three years.

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion. Heavy work: lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally. Work environment: indoor climate‑controlled environment.
