SAP – Finance Project Systems – Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture solutions align with business objectives.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Responsibilities include continuous process improvement, innovation, leveraging best practices, overseeing professionals or teams, maintaining billable client charging, leading delivery streams, managing projects, and daily client engagement. Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management. Your ability to engage in research and apply best practices will be key to driving innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or work streams with full lifecycle delivery (requirements, architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems)
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery experience is desirable
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes in multiple industries with ability to translate complex requirements for the client
• Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices and advisory experience related to finance and technology functions

• Experience with SAP modules including Project Systems, Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources
• Proficiency with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems and related certifications (preferred)
• Ability to travel to meet client needs
