EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and Success Factors) address client needs and help improve performance and productivity. As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions and play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

• Action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects with influence on sales and service offerings
• Ability to work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities
• Architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functional solutions; translate needs into business solutions and perform configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Analytical thinking, decision-making, and ability to guide junior team members
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP-based systems; at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM
• Prior FSCM configuration experience, including organizational hierarchy definition and customer Business Partner master for FSCM views
• Knowledge of credit control parameters, order blocking monitoring, collections processes, dispute management, and AR
• Strong relationship management and complex problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP experience
• SAP Certification(s) such as C_TS4FI_2023 or other SAP Finance certifications

• Experience in accounting department contexts
• Proactive professional development and ability to adapt to diverse environments

• Compensation and benefits package; base salary range $102,500 to $187,900 (varying by geography); NYC Metro/Washington State/California ranges listed separately; total rewards include medical/dental benefits, pension and 401(k), and paid time off
• Flexible, hybrid work model; most client-facing roles expected to work in person 40-60% of the time
