Summary: This position serves as a business-facing Customer Services Specialist, focusing on maintaining data integrity, supporting customer-related business processes, and ensuring the Customer Information System (CIS) meets evolving operational needs. The role acts as a liaison between IT, business units, and leadership—providing system expertise, analyzing issues, and offering guidance to end-users and decision-makers to support efficient operations and data-driven solutions.
This will have a hybrid work schedule with at least two days in office per week (subject to change). This position is open to OKC, Tulsa, Topeka, or El Paso.

- Read and understand system functional specifications
- Document system testing
- Assess impact of system changes on various departments and locations
- Test programming changes prior to implementation
- System problems
- Requests for system changes

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Will NeedPreferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of formal education and related experience:
- Experience with and thorough knowledge of customer services policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve CIS user/system problems
- Experience in SQL or similar languages to access and manage databases
- Knowledge of basic math and algebraic formulas
- Experience with office equipment and applications, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in researching, reporting, and presenting information
- Effective communication, advising, and training skills
- Ability to interpret manuals, regulations, and reports
- Fluent reading and writing in English
- Minimum driver's license required
- Periodic travel to other facilities for support
- Ability to operate office tools and conduct oral presentations
- Sufficient visual abilities to perform job duties
