Join EY’s Customer Tech team as a Salesforce Solution Architect Manager to lead digital transformations for global clients. This role is open for candidates located anywhere in the United States
.

• Drive end‑to‑end  implementations, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing project scope, risk, quality, and change management while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, innovative solution architectures and provide executive‑level business perspective.
• Champion continuous process improvement, innovative solution design, and risk mitigation across projects.

• Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with all stakeholder levels.
• Proven experience leading discovery meetings to identify system requirements and business processes.
• Deep technical expertise in  (SFDC) CRM, including platform configuration, APEX, Visual Force, API integration, and App Exchange solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow alerts, approval processes, and custom code implementation.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline creation, budget control, risk identification, and change management.
• Ability to build relationships, think critically, and communicate impact across technical and business audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people.
• certification(s) preferred.
• Self‑starter; able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Competitive base salary range for this role: $139,100 to $254,900 across U.S. locations. EY offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and flexible paid time off options.
