The Role

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. If you’re passionate about helping businesses improve efficiency and performance – especially in the collision and dealership space – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive client engagement:
    Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers.
  • Training and onboarding:
    Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates.
  • Territory growth:
    Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue.
  • Field expertise:
    Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution.
  • Data driven coaching:
    Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements.
  • Collaboration:

    Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory.
Requirements
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
  • Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
