Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Position Summary
We’re seeking a hands‑on ERP Inventory & Integration Specialist to own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Net Suite ERP system. This role bridges IT, operations, and finance—ensuring our inventory data, integrations, and analytics tools are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You’ll work closely with the Director of IT and cross‑functional teams to manage part life cycles, streamline workflows, and build dashboards that drive smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management & Optimization
- Create, update, and retire part numbers in Net Suite
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing fluctuations, and margin impacts
- Lead year‑end inventory counts and daily cycle count processes
- Develop pricing algorithms to maintain profitability amid tariff and cost volatility
- ERP Integration & Configuration
- Support and manage integrations with:
- Paystand (customer payments)
- Ramp (expense management)
- Net Suite Advanced Financials
- QBuild (BOM revisions with engineering)
- Freightwise (shipping logistics)
- Future HR/payroll and project tracking solutions
- Collaborate on Oracle Cloud and AI feature rollouts
- Support and manage integrations with:
- System Administration & Analytics
- Define and maintain Net Suite roles, permissions, and dashboards
- Build saved searches, analytics workbooks, and KPI widgets for key departments
- Support Suite Projects or alternative project tracking tools
- Ensure data integrity across modules and integrations
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred), inventory management, or systems integration
- Strong understanding of inventory workflows, BOM structures, and pricing strategies
- Familiarity with Net Suite roles, permissions, saved searches, and dashboard customization
- Experience with cross‑platform integrations and data analytics tools
- Comfortable working with technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders alike
