Overview

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Manager to join their team! Join a well-established company with over 70 years of success. As a Helpdesk Manager
, you will lead a team of five in Oklahoma City, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact in a thriving environment. Embrace a culture that values stability, training, and employee satisfaction!

Compensation: $ 33 - 36 /hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the helpdesk team in Oklahoma City
  • Ensure efficient workflow and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Tulsa manager for cohesive team management
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance information flow
  • Provide training and exposure to various technologies
  • Maintain a clean driving record and valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
  • Handle after-hours work as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge from previous support roles
  • Experience in managing teams effectively
