Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (on-site)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 / year depending on experience.

We’re looking for a hands‑on IT professional to manage our network and virtual infrastructure while providing full‑spectrum support. In our small, collaborative IT team, you’ll handle everything from Tier 1 help desk tickets to advanced VMware administration, network management, and disaster recovery.
Responsibilities- Administer VMware, vSphere, and vCenter environments, including server provisioning, patching, and performance optimization.
- Manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless systems, and monitor performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes to protect critical company data.
- Maintain endpoint security, multi‑factor authentication, and DNS‑level protections.
- Provide Tier 1–3 support for hardware, software, and system issues; manage user accounts and permissions.
- Document systems and procedures, identify process improvements, and ensure infrastructure stability.
- Proven experience in network administration and virtualized server environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to balance day‑to‑day support with long‑term infrastructure management.
- Comfortable working in a small‑team environment and taking initiative across all IT responsibilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without assistance.
