Job Summary
:

We are seeking a System Administrator with 4+ years of experience to support and maintain our IT network and infrastructure. This role is primarily focused on networking with infrastructure support being secondary. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, forward-thinking, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Administer and support VMware environments.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
• Advanced networking skills with Ubiquiti routers and switches and Sophos firewalls preferred.
• Proactively monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support business operations.

• Disaster recovery planning and ensuring backup integrity.
• Experience with Office 365 administration.
