- Lead information risk assessments and analyze documentation to produce assessment results
- Document and communicate risk assessment outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Develop risk scoring related to threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls
- Partner with various projects to apply security architecture requirements and develop remediation strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including PCI-DSS and HIPAA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
- Experience developing and presenting Information Security and Risk Management concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with various security technologies, including intrusion prevention systems and encryption
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance for mergers and acquisitions
- Experience in policy lifecycle management and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with governance tools such as RSA Archer and Icertis CLM
