• Develop and communicate various digital strategies, including web, social, and mobile initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create best-fit digital marketing programs and solutions
• Monitor project activity and educate stakeholders on evolving digital capabilities
• Analyze research, competitive activities, and emerging trends to support digital strategy
• Ensure consistent messaging within digital channels by working with content providers and marketing partners

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in marketing analytics or a related field
• Strong foundation in statistics, including regression and hypothesis testing
• Proven track record of analyzing complex datasets from marketing automation platforms
• Understanding of healthcare marketing, including enrollment flows and provider networks

• 5-10 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or customer analytics within a healthcare environment
• Experience with Adobe Web SDK or event instrumentation tools
• Exposure to machine learning operations (MLOps) or automated model scoring
• Familiarity with call center analytics and member experience metrics
• Background in behavioral science or marketing science
