What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
  • As an IT Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert empowering employees with smooth, secure, and high‑performing technology. You’ll provide Tier II support while championing world‑class service, maintaining technical standards, and helping continuously improve the digital workplace experience.
  • Using industry best practices and Service Now, you’ll support and deploy a wide range of technologies—computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, applications, handheld scanners, and more. You’ll also take ownership of hardware asset management and jump into IT projects when needed.
  • This role blends hands‑on problem solving, tech‑savvy decision‑making, and people‑centered service—during business hours and occasionally after hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical endpoint support across devices: computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of client hardware and maintain accurate IT asset tracking.
  • Partner on IT projects, rollouts, and deployments.
  • Resolve incidents—both minor and critical—with speed and precision.
  • Support application rollouts and emerging tech initiatives.
  • Fulfill hardware and software service requests.
  • Train employees on IT processes and device usage.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement, lean practices, and MDI initiatives.
  • Ensure endpoint solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with company standards.
  • Provide prompt, professional resolution for all internal customer requests.
  • Work closely with business teams on projects and M&A activities to deliver the right, secure endpoint solutions.
Who We’re Looking For

You’re not just an IT expert—you’re a problem‑solver, communicator, and partner who elevates the employee tech experience. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in an IT‑related technical field.
  • Experience delivering technical support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Hands‑on experience with the Service Now platform.
  • Completion of Lean 101 (or equivalent) within the first year.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • The confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise supporting and troubleshooting client devices: computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, apps, etc.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to follow documentation standards.
  • Strong remote troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move IT hardware (up to ~50 lbs).

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $22.00 - $25.28 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on education, experience, location, specific duties, certifications, etc.
