BA/Tech Analyst (Contract to Hire)

Location:

Charlotte, NC – 3 days onsite per week.
Duration: 12+ months.
Status:
Contract to hire.
Only candidates able to engage on a W-2 basis will be considered.

As a BA/Tech Analyst, you will:

• Perform business analysis and technical solution design.
• Document requirements and facilitate communication via Jira.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive delivery.

• Experience building and maintaining partnership relationships in a client‑driven environment.
• Proven ability to influence business and technology partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
• Project management skills; established and maintain solid routines.
• Solid understanding of risk management and application governance (ADSF, TPIS, Cloud Governance).
• Ability to interact with senior business and technology partners.

• Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA story management.
• PMP certification.

Pay Range®: $60 – $65 per hour. Pay will be based on factors such as education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
