Systems Specialist
Trans Core (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Job Summary: The Systems Support Specialist provides first level support for all toll hardware and software by performing the following duties.
- Track trending of system and monitor overall system health.
- Organize requests from OTA and triage to the proper groups to ensure we resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- Communicate regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff.
- Create queries to gather specific data for analysis.
- Triage system issues to the proper groups and support field personnel with handling and validation of corrections for issues.
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree in Computer Technology or related field or two years of equivalent work experience.
