• Project Management
• Lead EMR implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• System Implementation & Optimization
• Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support.
• Ensure EMR systems meet regulatory, security, and interoperability standards.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and system enhancements.
• Vendor Management
• Coordinate with EMR vendors and third‑party consultants.
• Manage contracts, service level agreements, and vendor performance.
• Risk & Change Management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date.

• 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in EMR systems or Healthcare IT environments.
• International experience – primarily responsible for UK/Europe environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITECH).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience using Jira.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
