ML Risk Analytics

Coinbase seeks a Staff ML Risk Analytics professional to enhance fraud detection using machine learning. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in ML analytics, particularly in risk or payments. This is a remote, full-time senior role.

In this role, you will define the machine learning data and feature strategy for detecting and preventing fraud  will own the end-to-end feature engineering pipeline, working closely with Machine Learning Engineers to ensure that insights are translated into production-ready systems.

As part of a remote-first team, you will set the technical direction for the ML Analytics function and mentor junior members. Your expertise in Spark, Python, and big data will be crucial in diagnosing gaps in current tooling and collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers and Risk analysts.
