micro1 is engaging Document Reviewers to contribute their expertise to a customer’s project involving high-stakes data integrity and security. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Contributors will conduct spot-checks of already transformed data, ensuring thorough review and validation of sensitive information, including personally identifiable data.

- Perform detailed reviews of documents containing personal identifiable information, ensuring accuracy and completeness post-transformation.
- Conduct spot-checks for missed information or inconsistencies within provided data sets.
- Identify and flag potential issues related to data integrity, privacy, or formatting.
- Document findings clearly and concisely, supporting continuous quality improvement efforts.
- Address qualitative questions as part of comprehensive spot-check reviews.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or resolve ambiguities as needed.
- Proven expertise in document review, particularly with sensitive and confidential data.
- Strong knowledge of personal identifiable information (PII) handling and data privacy practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
- Experience with spot-checking and auditing large volumes of data.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to answer qualitative questions and provide rationale for findings.
- Background in compliance, legal, or data privacy roles is advantageous.
