Project manager in AI innovation

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment and adoption
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for specific business use cases
• Translate operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes
• Conduct structured experiments, validate outputs, gather user feedback, and improve solutions through iteration
• Partner with technical teams and business users to scale successful concepts
• Promote responsible AI use, considering data quality, security, governance, and measurable value
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and business transformation initiatives
• Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk controls, success measures, and adoption plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners
• Resolve dependencies and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and operational impact
• Balance project governance with an agile, delivery-focused approach
• Identify and evaluate opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
• Support the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap
• Manage innovation initiatives not assigned to a dedicated pillar
• Drive prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful solutions
• Help stakeholders understand where AI can add value and how to apply it effectively

• At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, connecting business needs with technical delivery
• Experience working in global, matrix organisations and coordinating contributors across functions and geographies
• Agile, experimental mindset and ability to work through ambiguity and turn early-stage ideas into practical solutions
• Fluent in English
