Under general supervision, schedules and coordinates maintenance of client computers, cable structure, inventory control, and telephone installation. This position is responsible for daily installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals for Legends Global technology functions.
- Assist with inventory of all equipment
- Provide Help Desk Support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and various programs
- Provide assistance with Office 365 user creation and license assigning
- Patching and terminating Cat 6
- Install computers and phones as needed for users
- Running and connecting network cables to vendors/exhibitors' booths
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two years related experience and/or training or equivalent professional work experience preferred.
- CompTIA A+ preferred.
