Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to support end users through hands-on technical assistance and responsive service. This contract position has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving desktop and system issues, guiding users through technical challenges, and maintaining a reliable computing environment. The role focuses on day-to-day support across Microsoft Windows platforms while ensuring service requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support for desktop, laptop, and workstation issues affecting end users across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems in Microsoft Windows environments with a strong emphasis on timely service.
• Manage incoming service desk requests, document issue details clearly, and follow tickets through to resolution.
• Support user account administration tasks within Active Directory, including access updates, password assistance, and account maintenance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 systems and related peripherals to keep employees productive.
• Escalate more complex technical problems when needed while maintaining clear communication with users and internal support teams.
• Track recurring incidents, identify common support trends, and contribute to practical solutions that improve day-to-day IT operations.
