** Position Summary
** This position is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Power Apps–based solutions and related automation within OSDH. The role focuses on building low-code applications, optimizing business processes, and ensuring high-quality, sustainable technology solutions through the Microsoft Power Platform.  
** Position Responsibilities /Essential Functions
*** Review existing business processes and collaborate with program areas to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
* Evaluate, document, and analyze current information-processing methods, including workflows, user touchpoints, notifications, reminders, data capture requirements, and reporting needs.
* Work with OSDH Program Areas, Directors, and OMES resources to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and create solution designs.
* Develop Power Apps solutions including forms, mobile/desktop applications, automated workflows, approval processes, and integrated business logic.
* Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, email, and other enterprise systems as required.
* Enhance the quality, usability, and reliability of OSDH technology solutions through testing, validation, and continuous process improvement.
* Analyze and optimize solution architecture, business models, and technical system design to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Assist with sourcing, assessing, and implementing new business technologies relevant to workflow automation and low‐code solutions.
