Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

• Collaborate with producers to develop marketing plans for accounts expiring within 120 days.
• Review expiring exposures and request updates from clients; complete applications for new business in EPIC.
• Prepare and send submissions to markets and/or quote products online in coordination with producers.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs, compare insurance packages, and provide recommendations based on risk and coverage costs.
• Execute and bind insurance and finance contracts on behalf of the agency and its clients.
• Review quotes, verify desired coverages, and prepare proposals for clients.
• Bind coverage with carriers prior to expiration and ensure timely invoicing of accounts.
• Issue Auto IDs and renewal certificates in advance of expiration.
• Process automatic renewals and ensure policies are prepared and checked for accuracy.
• Collaborate with processors/assistants to ensure policies are sent to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare summaries and conduct thorough policy checks.

• Licensure:
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Expertise:
  Strong understanding of generalist commercial insurance accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a client-focused approach.
• Education:
  
  Relevant certifications or designations in insurance are preferred but not required.
