Job Description- Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
- Provide practical, compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient, high‑quality representation
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in Virginia or Oklahoma (role‑dependent)
- 1+ years of family law or litigation experience
- Courtroom experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
- Attorneys are trusted with responsibility early while still receiving support
