• Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
• Provide practical, compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient, high‑quality representation

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing in Virginia or Oklahoma (role‑dependent)
• 1+ years of family law or litigation experience
• Courtroom experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
