Assistant Attorney General - Conservation

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full‑time Assistant Attorney General for our Conservation Unit. The Conservation Unit serves as liaison counsel to state environmental agencies and provides legal counsel and representation in litigation involving administrative and environmental law.
Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will display good judgment, be detail‑oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have experience handling complex cases.
Qualifications- Licensed attorneys in the State of Oklahoma (or eligible to become).
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience in civil litigation preferred.
- Background investigation will be required.
