Sr. Director, Global Logistics & Trade Compliance

We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Sr.
Director of Transportation & Global Logistics who can bring together strategic logistics/transportation leadership, operational excellence, and global trade compliance. The successful leader will have the opportunity to shape strategy, optimize a complex global network, strengthen trade compliance, and drive meaningful improvements in cost, service, and operational performance.

• Global Scope: Lead transportation, logistics, customs, import/export, and trade compliance activities.
• Strategic Impact: Develop and execute transportation and logistics strategies that support business growth.
• Transformation: Identify opportunities to optimize the network, improve processes, leverage technology, and reduce costs.
• Global Trade: Oversee customs, classification, FTZ, import/export compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Visibility: Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and international leadership.
• Growth & Integration: Play an important role in supporting business expansion, acquisitions, and supply-chain integration.
• Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing transportation and global logistics organization.

• A proven logistics & transportation leader who combines strong operational expertise with strategic thinking and a solid understanding of global trade compliance.
• Experience with customs, import/export, FTZ, carrier management, freight optimization, logistics technology, and complex global supply chains is highly valued.
