Role:
Manager, Global Supply Planning at a biopharma focused on autologous cell and gene therapy, specifically supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing of investigational therapies like rese-cel for autoimmune diseases.
- manage end-to-end supply planning, including 36-month forecasting, replenishment planning at CDMOs, and supply chain KPI development
- support monthly S&OP and annual budgeting processes
- maintain planning data and contribute to ERP system implementation
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5-7 years of supply chain experience, with preference for cell & gene therapy exposure
- APICS or similar certification preferred
- 2+ years ERP experience (preferably Net Suite)
- working knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA regulations
cell and gene therapy, autologous products, clinical and commercial manufacturing, GMP compliance, ERP system implementation, supply chain optimization.
